Ælisé

Rosé – Delicate armony

Ælisé Rosé Bonotto

A lightly sparkling rosé made from Manzoni Moscato grapes, typical of the area. The diphthong in the name lends itself to a dual interpretation: a celebration of the twenty trade winds, symbol of novelty and a reference to a female name, honouring the company’s female contingent and the Bonotto family. To be relished chilled – better well-chilled – as an aperitivo, or to accompany a light first course.
